On other sites, this page would probably be named frequently asked questions, but I don't get many frequent askers, unless 'frequent' is supposed to refer to how much a question is asked across the board. These are just questions I foresee people asking, so I'm answering before they inevitably come to contact me about it.

Q: There's a mistake on your website, how can I let you know?
Check out my contact page! Make sure to be descriptive about what the issue is, also. If you just tell me there's a typo on XYZ page without specifying what the typo is or where to find it, I'll fix it but way slower.
Q: Why is the art in your gallery kinda crunchy?
This question is for the lot of you who may have a very discerning eye, and have noticed the fine layer of JPEG crunch that can be found on almost all of my art. Almost all of my art is saved in JPEG format, and its 100% for storage/size reasons. I would love to host higher quality stuff, but I gotta make the most out of the one (1) gigabyte of space a free Neocities plan offers! For a majority of people, a little bit of JPEG crunch doesn't hurt anybody.
Q: Can I use your artwork for XYZ purpose?
Glad you like my stuff, but the general answer is no, not without my permission. What exactly you need to do in order to use my art beyond that will depend on what you're using it for. If you're running an art showcase and want to feature my art, my permission is all you would need. If you are planning to use my stuff for any commercial projects, not only would it require my permission, but we would also need to talk about how I will be compensated, as well as other relevant concerns.
When it comes to assets I've made, unless I've explicitly stated you can use something, don't use it. I watermark my stuff for a reason, and lack of a watermark is not explicit permission to use my art.
Q: Do you do commissions? (How much do you charge, what are your rules?)
It's complicated. My commissions are rarely "formally" open. The way that people have commissioned me in the past is that they'll just reach out, and if that day happened to be a good day, I'll take their commission. I very much like to be paid with money, but I'm not in a position to accept payments unless you're up for mailing me the money. If you can think of some other form of payment though, maybe my commissions are open.
As to how much I'd charge... It varies based on what you want me to draw and how you want me to draw it, as one might expect.
Small shitposts not involving multiple scenes may go for 5 - 8 USD.
Shitpost comics like these might go for 8 - 15 USD.
A regular sketch might go for 25 USD and up.
And a fully colored, shaded piece may go for 50 USD or more.
The prices I mentioned above are just baselines, and are in no way 'fixed'. For example, if you asked me to illustrate a small comic's worth of pages, I would be charging you more than 8 - 15 USD per page, since making a small comic requires a whole other mindset than a one-off shitpost. On the flip side, if you wanted a fully colored and shaded piece of a stupidly simple character, I'd probably charge less than 50 USD. If you want to be more sure of how much I'd charge you, feel free to contact me.
Oh, I should also mention my rules as to what I will and won't draw.
- I won't draw art that is meant to harm marginalized groups in any way, or art that is meant to harm someone. In general, I won't be drawing abhorrent shit.
- I prefer not to draw complex characters like mechs, though some designs are possible on a good day. I also fare a bit better with organic designs.
- I can draw some gore — like cuts, bruises, and perhaps some lacerations, but if you want some good gut spillage and organ damage then I am not the person to commission. (I could probably do some candy gore, though. Bonus points if I actually get to color the gore like candy!)
- Believe it or not, I'm fine with drawing nudity (which includes genitalia), though I often choose not to draw that. That being said, I will not draw porn for you.
- I've probably got some weaknesses as an artist, and thus there may be some things out there that I cannot draw due to a #skillissue. If this is the case with the piece you're commissioning from me, I'll let you know before any payment is sent.
If you're confused about any of these rules, or would like to know if your commission is in violation of any of them, again, feel free to contact me.
Q: Can we be affiliates?
No. I don't see myself doing affiliations any time soon, and if I do start doing them, it'll probably be with just friends. You can feel free to link my site though, free of affiliation, and maybe I'll link yours back someday.
