Penny has encountered many scenarios before where being a little short on cash cause her and her friends to miss out on cool things, which is why Penny is now so money-minded. She always watches the spending habits of others and tries to suggest cheaper alternatives, such as buying things second-hand or trying DIY projects.

There are some times when her friends come up short on money, even with good spending habits. In these cases, Penny is always willing to lend a helping hand.

When her advice falls on deaf ears, Penny can get a little snappy, but she would assure you that it's all in the best interest of her friends.

Dandy: Penny has probably not had many deep interactions with Dandy during the events of the Dandy's World show, but their relationship is probably tenuous during the events of the game. Given that Tapes act as a form of currency, Penny's frugality probably upsets Dandy. Likewise, Dandy's strong desire for tapes does not sit well with Penny.

Teagan: Penny and Teagan are likely amicable with each other, even if Penny doesn't completely agree with Teagan's extravagant-seeming lifestyle. Penny doesn't like having a lot of money spent on herself, so when or if she gets invited to Teagan's parties, Penny's favorite tea is always the one that's cheapest.

Shrimpo: Penny wouldn't mind giving him her two cents (she is going to shoot coins in his eyes).

Gameplay ▲

Penny is intended to be a support Toon, similar to the likes of Cosmo. Her higher than average stealth and movement speed should allow her to sneak past Toons and outrun Twisteds with the goal of gathering Tapes. Her active ability, Charity, gives 20 of her own Tapes to another Toon of her choosing. This ability would be useful in supporting Toons with Tapes based abilities, such as Teagan or Blot.

Trinket

Penny's trinket is the Dusty Wallet, which increases the amount of Tapes gained from all sources by some percentage. This includes Tapes found on the floor, Tapes gained from using items, and Tapes gained from encountering Twisteds.
