Overview

Danz is a prominent figure in the party scene, most known for their groovy disposition and seemingly endless well of endurance. They are upbeat, friendly, and always drawn to where the people are. Those who are closer to Danz know that they can also be rather airheaded, as they prefer to suppress or minimize negative feelings or events rather than address the cause of those things. It usually has taken suffering the consequences first for Danz to really internalize how to deal with them. This is especially true for Danz and some 'incidents' regarding their health.

Just as Danz is known for being at parties, it is also noted when they are absent from them, usually for several days after weeks of consistent party visits. Danz simply refers to these times as their "off days", but beneath the surface it really is a bit more than that. On their off days, Danz acts quite differently to the Danz seen at parties. They act almost as if they are sick or hungover, moving more sluggishly and being more asocial. They are rarely seen outside of their apartment on these off days, and even though they like being around other people, they very rarely take visits from those who do know where they live.

Other tidbits:

• They like glittery, shiny things, or anything relating to disco or rave aesthetics.
• They wear a diverse range of outfits.
• They like sweets.
• They like music. They have a "nothing is off limits" attitude with regards to what genres they like, but they gravitate towards more upbeat tunes on their "on days" and more lowkey things on their "off days".
• They are a gamer. While they have a clear preference for rhythm games involving physical activity, such as Dance Dance Revolution or Just Dance, they can be swayed towards playing other games. They like playing fast-paced things on their "on days" and much slower things on their "off days".
• They have a limited number of times they can visit their local arcade's DDR machine each month. They also have limited hours per visit.

Abilities

Their gear, the Dance Potion, causes whoever ingests it to dance. The vivaciousness of the dance depends on how much is consumed, as well as the drinker's awareness of consumption/willingness to dance.

Danz frequently drinks their own potion. They have a natural resistance to the potion's effects, but drinking does seem to amplify their naturally groovy disposition.

Other tidbits:

• The potion tastes like fruit punch, or is more generally just "sweet". Danz is actually capable of changing the flavor, but it's something they do over time as their tastes change, rather than something they can consciously do. They aren't even aware they can do this.
• On their off days, Danz complains that their potion is "too sour to drink". Because of this, they are unable to power through their off days by simply drinking more.
